Andrew L. Halasz
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Halasz co-founded VIZZIA in 2005. He is a dynamic business leader who has been driving results for more than 30 years in a variety of functional and business leadership roles across many industries. He grew his business acumen at GE, where he held numerous leadership positions including vice president of sales and marketing. He then helped grow Recall Corporation, a global document management business, from $185 million to more than $600 million while serving in various roles, including division vice president and general manager, global chief information officer and senior vice president of global operations.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Howard R. Hatcher
Chief Technology Officer
Howard Hatcher joined Vizzia in 2009. He brings more than 35 years of experience in all areas of information technologies, with particular specialization in healthcare remote sensing solutions, global software development for POS systems and IT consulting/development in a variety of industries.
He held various IT leadership positions at NCR, Matria, ECS, Healthdyne and Compris, directing development for existing applications and designs for new applications using emerging technologies. He has provided development, integration and deployment services for government, banking, manufacturing and aviation management/simulation.

Stephen P. Holmes
Stephen P. Holmes is Chairman & CEO of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN) one of the world’s largest integrated hospitality companies with $5 billion in revenue.
Prior to Wyndham, Mr. Holmes served in various leadership positions in the hospitality and financial services industries, including Vice Chairman of Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD), EVP & CFO of HFS Inc. (NYSE: HFS) and managing director of private equity firm The Blackstone Group. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte.
Joseph M. Hogan
Joseph M. Hogan is President & CEO and a Director of Align Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALGN) a $1 billion global medical device company with industry-leading, innovative products.
Before joining Align, Mr. Hogan served as CEO of ABB Ltd. (NYSE: ABB) a $40 billion global power and automation technologies company. Prior to ABB, Mr. Hogan spent 25 years at General Electric (NYSE:GE) in a variety of executive and management roles, including eight years as CEO of GE Healthcare; where he drove significant expansion that more than doubled revenue from $7 billion to $16 billion.
Paul F. McBride
Paul F. McBride is a former Executive Vice President of Black & Decker Corporation (NYSE: BDK) a $6 billion global manufacturer and marketer of power tools and accessories.
Prior to joining Black & Decker, Mr. McBride spent 21 years at General Electric (NYSE:GE). He was a company officer and served as President of GE’s global silicones business, a unit of GE Plastics. Mr. McBride is a member of several boards of directors, including the boards of T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds, Dunbar Armored Inc. and the Living Classrooms Foundation.
Edward L. Timmes
Edward L. Timmes is Managing Director of TCE Associates Consulting, an Accounting, Consulting, and Advisory Services firm. Mr. Timmes began his professional career with national CPA firm, Coopers & Lybrand (PwC), where he became Partner providing transaction advisory and audit services.
After PwC, Mr. Timmes served in corporate executive roles including as former EVP & CFO of Keane, an IT services firm (acquired by NTT Data), as interim-turnaround executive to the board of NYFIX, Inc. a pioneer in electronic trading solutions firm (Nasdaq: NYFXE, acquired by NYSE-Euronext), and as Interim-CFO and Managing Director of AT&T-Solutions, a startup division of AT&T (NYSE: T). Mr. Timmes serves as an advisor to several start-ups and on the Board of Directors, audit and investment committees of MAPFRE–USA and Commerce Insurance Company.
William S. Nichols, Jr.
William S. Nichols, Jr. is President of Nichols Consulting, an international advisory firm that provides strategic business development services to enterprises and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs).
Mr. Nichols was Executive Vice President of Funds Distributor Inc. and served in other senior executive positions within the financial services industry for John Hancock Funds, Putnam Investments and Scudder Investments. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
